That is approximately $4500 Canadian dollars monthly expense.

To give you a better understanding:
$4500 net monthly is equivalent to a family income of about $7,000 gross monthly income. i.e If you earn $7,000 per month, your take home will be around $4,500 after tax and other important deductions.

That means your income and of your wife will need to be atleast $7000 to break even.

Op if you are single, that money is enough for proof of funds for Canada Express entry. Read through the Canada Express entry thread, you just need at least a year of experience in relevant occupation, language test(IELTS) and education to be qualified. Read through the thread and try to understand what I am telling you. You can do it yourself, you don’t need agent and the 4m still belongs to you, you just need to show the Canadian government you can take care of yourself before getting a job before they can issue you a permanent resident visa.
