A group, the Coalition of Public Interests Lawyers and Advocates (COPA), has called on the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, to shelve his plan to transfer the trial of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, from Lagos to Abuja.

Busola Dakolo, popular photographer and wife of musician Timi Dakolo had alleged that the pastor raped her while she was a choir member as a teen in his church.

Few days after Dakolo’s allegation came to light, another woman, a former staff of the Fatoyinbos also accused the COZA pastor of rape while she cared for his children abroad.

If anyone actually expects dis case to see d light of day den d person needs a reality check... D case will go d way of so many other cases involving high profile ppl and will eventually b forgotten or settled "amicably. One would have expected d Pastor to have sued his accuser for libel and defamation like he threatened to but his silence so far is enough to tell anyone

One would have expected the alleged raped victim to seek redress in a court of law instead of ranting all over the social media

She granted an interview.. She didn't "rant" all over social media... It's d Pastor whose reputation, career and life is on d line and already damaged.. He shld b d one salvaging it. He's getting d sympathy he is getting simply becos he's a respected Man of God. If dis had been any other person would ppl still feel d same way?

Rape victims coming out is d first step towards getting a redress... We don't know d whole story, d ball is in d Pastor's court to now prove her story to b made up and redeem himself.. Don't U find it suspicious dat he's stepped down from his role in d despite being "innocent? So far he's yet to sue d accuser like he promised to in his first statement in response to her accusations

So, you people are still on this COZA issue ?

I beg Social media is tired already of Dankolo, Timi, Busola, Fatoyinbo and COZA. These names is now irritating social media
