We can't. Any player coming knows he'd have to play second fiddle. Alba can't be benched, doesn't get injured, meaning he'd spend most of his days on bench and playing useless cup matches, even a 23 yo Digne had to run away, so who would come despite knowing these? Same problem we have with Suarez.
