My first passport was 7 yrs ago, when 'fulani-herdsmanism' wasn't a thing, and this same cultural symbol was there (same as others) . On renewal 5 years later it was still there as with the others. While Nigeria may have become more divided today for obvious reasons, we must not always view everything through the prism of ethnicity. The symbol in reference has been there.
