Don't complain when wrong thing is done at right time
Because himself know Buhari did not have certificate in 2015 and he was there with him without saying anything, why crying now

We won’t take it. The court of appeal has been compromised by Buhari. Buhari doesn’t have WAEC certificate. We are going to the Supreme Court. Yenyenyen.

Dear wailers, Atiku is not coming! grin grin grin
Accept your loss in good faith and stop wasting everybody’s time. Don’t let Atiku die of hypertension.

FORGET THE CASE FOR NOW. THE QUESTION IS: DOES THE PRESIDENT POSSESS A VALID CERTIFICATE.? IS THAT QUESTION NOT SIMPLE ENOUGH TO ANSWER?? If he has fine. If he doesnt, then all those who has certificate and are supporting him are worst than the certificate-less man

anybody who challeged Buhari's education qualifications is himself an illiterate and clearly does not know what "education to school leaving certificate or it's equivalent" means

for the morons still talking about the physical certificate, what the constitution says is that your education must be to at least school certificate level.. there is nothing in the constitution that requires the physical certificate. Secondly, minimum means if you have an education above that level, then your school certificate requirement is is null and void. Even if i dont go to school and I enroll in an adult education diploma program, I have satisfied the requirement because diploma is higher and school leaving cert.

“131. A person shall be qualified for election to the office of President if- (d)he has been educated up to at least school certificate level or its equivalent.”

the worst form of education is half education. this is why you read but fail to process. Buhari is more educated than most of you. People who got to school certificate level in his time have a better quality of education even if that is where they stopped than many of you Abacha era graduates who were taught by people like this. it is people like you that read the constitution and still went to court, despite the fact that you know Buhari went to war college in America whichn is the equivalent of a postgraduate programme.

Nigerian's that aren't gullible already know Buhari doesn't have WASSC. Therefore, the court judgment is unnecessary, null and void!

He doesn't have WAEC yet he's president.

You have WAEC and you're a non-entity reduced to wailing in public forums.

That's as far as your WAEC got you.

Atiku should stop disturbing himself. He's wasting time and causing distraction and nuisance.

The fact is if by 2023 Atiku becomes president he too should be awaiting all this kind of distraction from the opposition.

The energy our politicians waste on fighting each other is enough to build a whole country. I wonder how and why some folks enjoy following such drama.

That is what I mean, the exactitude of the counting has been interpreted to mean when he submitted the CV and not when INEC made it public.

Again, the substance of his qualification remains unclear.

It is all part of the laws and rules.the judgment was directly drawn from the constitution so you have nothing to say.no matter how compelling or substantial your evidence is,when filing a case you need to follow certain procedures or rules if not your suit is Deere defective.for a substantive matter to be heard, the hurdles of technicalities must be treated first.asking the judges to overlook the timeline issue is clearly unconstitutional

Yes, that is why there are judicial reviews after court pronouncements. While everyone take heed of the judgement, legal experts review what could or couldn't have been. It is all about making better even a best situation.

And if most of PDP supporters are not brain dead. You would have used your sense of reasoning to ask why Jonathan , the seating President failed to continue to pursue the PMB certificate in the law court

How did we get here? They have not cleared the air on whether the man has the certificate or not and you are talking about claim. You seem not to be interested in the clarification on whether the man has met the constitutional requirement or not.
