It's usually about 2-3 mins behind

There's also toxicpatat(dot)com which I think has a free option but I'm not sure how stable it is

I tuned in yesterday to watch, next thing she appears talking about how she doesn't eat any other part of chicken except the lap. I just had to change the channel I will start watching properly when she's evicted.
