So far, it has been good. We've been having different classes, writing exams and generally just getting to know each other.

Quite cool though but as a piece of advice, if you're not so busy now, spend ample time in reading up on macro economics, financial accounting, introduction to banking, banking regulations in Nigeria, communication skills, treasury, customer relationship management, etc. ICAN study packs and some other handouts can be so instrumental in this regard.

It's best you get ready now because there'd not be much spare time when you resume

No tests, only exams. The exams have been exam-like.

20 MCQs

4 Essay Questions and

2 Scenario-Based Questions.

At the end of the program, your aggregate score across all courses shouldn't be below 70%.

This is serious. 4 essay questions. Well its like a master's degree program. I hope they set what teach. Not like the Nigerian style where exams are set to ensure failure rather than to test uf what was taught was actually understood.

So, haven't you been given a reply to that effect till date? If no, do a forwarded mail to the Lagos HR Rep in the documentation mail you received. I guess he would be of massive help.
