I agreed with the Chelsea valuations except Kepa's. Dude is still worth £72m we paid for him after his heroics in the Europa league. He has overtaken De Gea as Spanish No 1 and he was ranked third only behind Alison and Ederson on EPL clean sheets last season. I agree the club overpaid for him but that's what they get when they should have scooped him in January 2018 for a paltry sum of £20m and probably loaned him back to Athletic club while negotiating with Thibaut .
