When prayer fails, it means you have evidence that your religion is false.

Prayer doesn't fail. Sometimes it just takes a little while for one to see the effect. We humans are not patient and are looking for sharp solutions. Sometimes when we pray for things, it may not be the things that we need at that moment. God's silence doesn't mean he doesn't hear, it only means you have to trust him to know the right thing.

At least he is the one who said, if a son asks his father for bread will he give him stone? So you can imagine what you stand to get being a child of God. It just takes faith that you know things will fall in place.

Nothing fails like prayer. Prayer is just as much talking to yourself. It's a waste of time.
There's no proof that prayer works; rather experience, knowledge, hardwork, discipline, persistence and a little bit of luck can take us anywhere we want to go.
Personally since I stopped praying, I have always felt better, it lowered my high expectations on an inconsistent God, and helped me to believe in myself, appreciate my efforts and to take full responsibility for my actions.

Prayer is real and alive. God manifestation of his power depends on your faith and how you trust him with all your heart to do it.
