All because the ignorant public don't want to do anything with a victim of rape, they believe that being raped is a misfortune and a curse that spread. The society have a higher priority of avoiding rape victims than punishing perpetrators. Africa Society has been harbouring all sort of evil deeds for decades because our guiding principle is "If it aint broke or dead, don't fix it". So until the worst happen, Africa Society will never do anything. pathetic.
