nice one. With the design your client had in mind why did they not settle for a rooftop terrace/entertainment area?

We started with the drilling of Borehole

Then we progressed to excavation for fence works which are all part of the preliminaries

Then we blinded & started Blockworks for the fence

Profiling & Setting Out was Next

Materials already supplied to site

We will definitely work on achieving the Time line but I'm 98% sure of the budget so far coz so far so good, all is going to plan

That additional deck was what discouraged him, he's also thinking of cost so as we all know, Client's has the final say
