If you're foolish enough and incapable of differentiating between scam mails in respect to a job you applied for,
then I don't think you even deserve this Nigerian Customs Job in the first place...

Yes, it is very very legal. Infact after the payment you will also be given an opportunity to buy a brand new G-wagon that was seized at the border for just N800k because after your training as an officer you're not suppose to be trekking.
