Complete low IQ Army kids. They would have them rounded up within a month and kept ba!d shaven with leg irons in some guard room. Only fools like them imagine a live happily ever after story. Worry for these guys

The corruption in the army no get part two far worse than the navy and air force. The generals keep looting and sharing funds amongst themselves while the lower ranked soldiers are left to suffer.

Americans invented a machine which stops stealing and corruption.

They used the machine to stop stealing and corruption by 20%.

They sold the machine to the Chinese, the Chinese used the machine and stopped stealing and corruption by 30%.

They sold the machine to the UK, it stopped stealing and corruption by 50%.

They sold the machine to Nigeria, one Mallam stole the machine.

Nigeria's president is an anti-corruption guru.

If I were them,I will apply this wisdom ,look for a sure news press ,most especially strong foreign press, like BBC,then blow the lid open ,and use it as a bait ,in case we are caught, then tell the press to spread the news like cholera fevers....@least 10% of d money should be able to do that ...just don't spend it alone

Every allowance coming from the FG is either cut in half or totally blocked by our generals dem. The Naval officers have also learned what syphoning is about, from the army. Soldiers hardly get their allowances paid in full. Not even their salaries. Going by the documented salary structure of the army, a PTE isnt suppose to be paid 48000 as basic salary. It's supposed to be way more than that. Every soldier on operation is entitled to his RCA. But today, even those in the front(Borno,Adamawa, etc)only get little stipends. True, no organization in Nigeria is as strong and as corrupt as the Nigerian Military.

As for the men, it would only take the grace of God for dem not to get caught

I think corruption has raised the bar of prosperity. That's why no one is comfortable being average everyone want to be extremely rich very fast by all means necessary. you will see uneducated govt employees moving around with big cars and even federal police escorts that's why even a primary school child is already telling you he wants to drive BENZ.
How many soldiers have you seen driving benz?
For christsake soldiers aren't even living upto average standard.

I heard quite a number of such stories from my Soldier friends-- the soldiers steal the money and the officer can't do NADA, because the money was illegal to start with. So everybody just locks up.

For them to raise dust in this story says a lot-- the consequences have been damned.

They can't unfortunately escape with so much money, and in the North... with many check points and all. But if they do, would be the best story of the year.

However if they are caught, their end would be the plot of horror (slasher) movies-- they will be killed like dogs!

kudos to those soldiers. It's only criminals that transport billions in a vehicle in a society where there are banks which can transfer cash electronically.
