You know what they say "CRAZY PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THEY ARE CRAZY"..like I always say if you think that less than 12 hours erratic power supply is constant then I must say ours is more than constant ....we use generators,solar and inverters as back up while you guys depend on candle,kerosene lamps and of course wood torches (damn it you guys are so rural and backward ) .

As for road ..both upperhill and westland is a massive joke.like I always tell rvp it doesn't take 56 years of independence to develop a tiny spot called your cbd. And residential whatever is not an excuse.ikoyi is also a residential area and it is fast becoming a cbd and trust me it didn't take us 56 years to build it road into a world class one. Start from the basic which is road then you look at drainage....I guess you always wonder why your cbd always looks like atlantic ocean when it's rains except that it is ugly and brownish in colour.
Tell me which responsible and reasonable country in the world would allow it's cbd get flooded constantly without doing something about it
