This is what I do not understand. Why on earth would you include washing machine, cookers and air-conditioners, as part of fittings installed in a brand new unused flat, being put up for sale?  The new owners of the flat will just end up getting rid of those things, after they buy up the apartment, because most of the time, those fittings do not conform to their taste. It is just a huge waste of money putting it in there, in the 1st place! |
