An aged couple have lost their lives to a gang of armed robbers. According to reports, the couple, Olaosebikan, 72, and Esther Olaosebikan, 68, were murdered in their house, at KM54, Lagos-Ibadan expressway, Sagamu, Ogun State. Ogun Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, while confirming the incident in Abeokuta on Wednesday, said four suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder. The suspects include Uthman, Abdulkareem and Abdulhamid, who reportedly got into the house through the ceiling and used a machete to kill the couple. The PPRO further revealed that the suspect confessed to killing the couple after they recognised one of them. The PPRO added that the Commissioner of Police has ordered that the case be transferred to homicide section of the State Criminal investigation and intelligence department for proper investigation.
