WARNING: See How The Nigerian Army Plans To Re-deploy RUGA! by dumahi(op): 5:22pm On Jul 23, 2019
The Nigerian Army has announced a plan to go into the cattle breeding business. According to them, when the project kicks off, they will have cattle ranches "across Nigeria".

While speaking recently at the Commissioning of Mogadishu Cantonment New Mammy Market (former Abacha Barracks), Abuja, Buratai said he has already sent officers of the Army to Argentina to study cattle rearing.

He was represented by the Chief of Army Logistics Major General Patrick Akem who noted that the move is in keeping with modern cattle rearing practices.

“Argentina has a population of 41 million people, but it feeds about 400 million people around the world with its beef,” he said.

To take it to the next level, we want to adopt a system where the cattle are not just free ranging coming from Sokoto to Port Harcourt, thereby making their meat tough to eat, the products will soon be coming from our own farms and ranches.”

According to the Army boss, “We want to tell our wives that they can live beyond the salaries of their husbands, so we are trying to empower the women in the barracks to be able to form co-operatives, so as to access loans and to a large extent be able to fend for themselves and their families, even without the salaries of their husbands.”

WARNING!!!
The herder tribe has been seeking all means to totally turn Nigeria into one Caliphate in keeping with instructions from their ancestors. There is no any Islamization, only Fulanization. Islam is only being used as a willing tool to further the Fulanization agenda. I hope you understand what I mean.

Everything is being used to further that one agenda - from politics to religion to cattle rearing to business as they are trying to do now, using their current power in the military. They are trying to use the opportunity of one of them who is extremist being the president to carry this out before he finally steps down. He has tried using the Ruga policy and everybody rejected it. He would have used total brute-force but feared the possible ire of the International community.

Now he wants to use what sounds acceptable to penetrate the rest of us with his people from Niger and Mali and Chad. Again, Nigerians, don't be deceived. Reject this absolutely. Cattle rearing should not be the business of the army or the military whatsoever. Individual business people of whatever tribe that want to do cattle business should go into it and do it the way it is done elsewhere by buying land and establishing ranches. The soldiers should not be allowed to bring the herder tribe from the back door and then use force to establish them at our backyards across The Nation.

Mods take note, I have called no person or tribe by name. 'Fulanization' is only Obasanjo's word.

No doubt there had been an argument in some quarters on how could Ruga be made legitimate.since it was rejected by some states in the south.Gradually their plans might fulfill.

Abdul, the idea behind RUGA can never be legitimate. Nigeria is not the only place where beef is eaten. Cattle business is not the only business in Nigeria. Let the government treat cattle business as they treat other businesses. But if they choose to treat it differently as they're doing, it can only be because they have an ulterior motive for it. As they go to Argentina to learn cattle business, they will also learn how it is administered there. Then, they will see that neither the government of Argentina nor it's military is directly involved in the administration of cattle business.

Yes you're right, It is probable that there was a motive behind it but one thing that l"m sure of ..is that most of our so called leaders are now into that business

Oh yes, even the President is in the business. Trump also has chains of businesses in US. But any day Trump takes advantage of his position as POTUS to favor his personal business, not to talk of doing so to the death of one American, you will see what will happen. Let Nigerian so-called leader's treat private businesses as private.
