Hello house, I got my umdigi a3 pro from Jumia in May and I'm having problems with it. At first, it stopped showing notification dots. Now, the speaker isn't working (only for calls). I have to put it on speaker to hear whoever I'm calling. My question now is, has anyone here using it had similar issue and what is the solution.

It's a budding Chinese brand like umidigi

I don't just want the trolling that will follow after I mention the name.

But the phone is overly good just the processor doesn't play PES

Did it have any encounter with water, fluid, rain, sweat etc etc etc..........
