A gun with real bullets cannot be fired like shown in the video without serious injury. I am not even talking injury from the bullet, but from the recoil. Firing a hand gun at that angle with real bullet will break the wrist. Please go learn some physics, especially newtons third law. The momentum of the bullet is equal and opposite the momentum of the gun. It is obvious the casings had nothing but gun powder. It just like firing a banger.

The force of the bullets would have brought him down if it was actually a factual incident, secondly there is no way you can fire a rifle from that position and still maintain a firm balance.
