That guy is a first class graduate from the 70s so if na for brain him get am but the annoying thing is once you cross carpet to APC you leave your brain or what is expected of you. It's like you are relieved of any expectations. Not trying to exonerate PdP ministers but most times they worked to justify their stealing. But these ones just steal and blab rubbish

seriously, how did this set of people manage to pass and graduate from institutions, when they can't defend their certificates, and the fellow dullards will score him pass, when they themselves cannot even differentiate Science and Technology, talkless of its effect and impact in the country...
