If it's a new Glo 4g sim, you'd need to call customer service to provision and thereafter activate your sim for 4g. I have no idea why 4g is no longer pre-provisioned on glo 4g sim cards; I think it's quite stupid but that's how to get 4g on your new glo line.
NOTE: when I did mine I called so many times until someone told me it would work within 48 hours. So if they are talking here and there tell them to do the 48 hours thing. Like I said earlier, that's if it's a new glo sim.

I guess i don't need to call them again for activation or what do you think. Planning to use it on my incoming a5 pro.

I don't think you'd need to call them cos the pre-provisioning craze started only recently. However, since your device is yet to land, you can call to confirm and fulfill all righteousness, afterall you have nothing to lose.

Have used it before I ordered for a5pro

Very good phone I must say and it prompt me to buying another Umi phone..

The a5pro will make it 5th Umi phone for myself alone....

The only thing I see on my ONE is the finger print that do accept any other finger sometimes... Aside that, I'll say it's fantastic.

Fantastic device, was my baptism into the umidigi family and i must say i have no regrets, battery can give almost 6hrs SOT, the processor is fluid, i had over 70 apps and it never lagged for once, finger print scanner is not so fast but you can solve the problem by registering your finger twice. The screen is crisp but i esp love the compact size. If not for the bigger battery and the better camera on the A5 pro, i for no shift at all, but it's still my back up phone, am not letting it go anytime soon.
