Kameron Cline, 22, suffered a ruptured breast implant on her dad’s private island in the Bahamas and was being flown to a hospital in Florida when the helicopter crashed, according to a new preliminary report in the ongoing investigation.

Also onboard the doomed helicopter were three of Kameron’s female friends from college: Brittney Searson, Delaney Wykle, and Jill Clarke, all aged between 21 and 22. The four girls and Mr. Cline all perished when the aircraft went down about two miles off the coast of Mr. Cline’s private island in the Caribbean.

The new report reveals that one of Kameron Cline’s breast implants ruptured while she was on the island. The girl had recently undergone breast augmentation surgery, according to the source. The nature of the medical issue was unspecified in earlier reports.

The billionaire coal tycoon was rushing his daughter to hospital for the medical emergency when their helicopter plunged into the water, a friend of the family told the news. The aircraft took off around 2:00 a.m. local time.

The wreck was found by local residents the next day in about 16 feet of water, the report said. One of the recovery divers told the media that he and his son searched the crash site and saw the dead passengers inside the submerged helicopter.

“The section of the helicopter where the girls were sitting was crumpled by the impact. The girls were crushed together so tight, they had to be cut away from each other,” the recovery worker said.

According to the recovery divers, the bodies of Kameron Cline and her best friend Brittney Searson had become so entangled from the collision, they had to be cut apart before they could be removed from the cabin. The girls had been sorority sisters at Louisiana State University, the report said.

Chris Cline founded a major coal mining company which he sold in 2015 for more than $1 billion, and was influential in national US politics. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
