A Python that swallowed a goat was caught and killed at the back of my shop today
All thanks to God as no casualty was recorded

The python they have at Ogba zoo, Benin city is not even up to 10 percent of this one in size and length. Same thing with other zoos across the country. Why can't the managers of these zoos devise ways of capturing these big snakes that are being killed and put them in zoos. I am tired of seeing very tiny ropes called "pythons" in zoos.

Lol. The ones in d zoo are small cos they don't eat.. place a tag on any of them and allow to roam freely in the Bush, in the next 2 years you won't believe your eyes

snakes unlike other creatures don't need everyday food. They can spend months on just one well-eaten meal.

in Nigeria, carnivores will eat anything. I have seen dogs eating eba, amala, semo, yam and beans even though dogs are supposed to be "carnivores". They just needed to adjust to the Nigerian system . Snakes can do likewise oooo. The food may not necessarily be meat. Any other food is also okay. It is better than nothing!!!
