Depending on the terrain, good finishing as what I am seeing here couple with the roofing, parapet and all will gulp upto 8m if not slightly more

Bro you contradicting yourself. With the designs in that picture parapet and metro tiles 6m won’t build that house.

I said an estimated 8m or slightly higher depending on the finishing tiles ( China, Nigeria or Spanish), even the window glasses here and frame which looks like black are pretty expensive than the common type.

Now you saying 7m with external works and I said 8m or slightly higher

6m will not build this house with the finishing quality in the graphics designs even if the owner of the of the house is to manage and supervise the work himself by having his/her eyes on ground. It won’t. Metro tile roofing sheet, roofing wood, tiles, pop, windows (the type I can see on the designs), parapet, foundation and filling, pop and maybe doors will almost gulp the 6m
