The Niger Delta militants took up arms, killed people and destroyed Oil installations. The government never proscribed them. They got amnesty programme worth billions

OPC took up arms, killed people and destroyed property. They were never proscribed or declared terrorists. Their leader, Gani Adams is today an influential Yoruba high chief

Killer heads men armed with AK47 slaughter people every day. Nobody is talking about proscribing them, infact, the talk is about giving them settlements called Ruga

But IPOB never took up arms and didn't kill anyone. They got operation python dance and terrorist proscription and hundreds of their members killed

The Shiites under the Islamic Movement Of Nigeria have never been seen with arms, they have been proscribed and thousands of their members murdered

While it is true that IPOB and IMN have been involved in protests that turned violent, they are not known to have "deliberately" gone out of their way to go out and kill people like the first 3 groups I mentioned

So why are they being proscribed when others have done or are doing far much worse?
