my gsd keep loosing hair, I have dewormed, use antibiotic drug and multivitamin drug, few days ago I read about Amitraz can I apply it

How old? Sex? Is the hair loss seasonal or continuous? Any noticeable under hair rashes lesions or breaks? What type of diet is on? Where are its resting/ sleeping quarters. Indoors or outdoors?

Shedding is normal for German Shepherds and females shed when close to heat.

1, it's 1yr 6months now
2, the hair lose is continuous cos it's been happening long ago
3, No rashes
4, it as is kennel outdoor
5 the multivitamin is called Essential meanwhile I got it recently when the hair lose did not stop but I notice diffrence after in take of 4days now

Well you didn't state if it was male or female but I'll take the liberty that its female. Female GSD will shed within 60+/- days to coning on heat. This is quite normal. Since there are no signs of rashes or skin infection it should be OK. Yours maybe one of those heavy shedders that comes on tufts of hair.
