They want to push tacha out. Shes bad market for the show cos her over confidence will put the selection of housemates and the show itself to question. If omoshola and Mike get higher votes than tacha, two will be evicted. If she tops or second, only one (Jeff) will be evicted.

I doubt it regardless only one HM would be evicted. The 3 HMs are cash cows for Biggie so they stay longer for now.
