It depends, if his costing is based on counting, i think it's N20 per block. So, do the Maths.

If he is to set a wall of say 10 coaches, you don't expect him to be the one to carry, lift, raise, set, and mould the blocks. Do you?

Na wah o....#20?!!! For wch country .even to carry block from ground to 1st floor is #20 not to talk of setting.
OP it's #50 /block (labor to serve bricklayer included) depending on d area.in some place it's as high as #80
