Ghanaian Actress Jackie Appiah has set a record as she becomes the first Ghanaian celebrity to get 6 million followers on Instagram.

Even though she has not been in the industry more often like she used to, the love people have for her is still intact, in fact it has been increased.

Jackie Appiah has made only 761 posts and follows only 190 people on the gram.

Jackie Appiah is a Canadian-born Ghanaian actress. For her work as an actress, she has received several awards and nominations, including the awards for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 2010 Africa Movie Academy Awards; and Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2007.

It baffles me that in our modern world with all the technological advancements,something as inconsequential as mere instagram followerships is now been celebrated as a milestone.That is really how stupid social media has made majority of people.
