Wages is not a problem in arsenal.. It's s just the transfer fee. Arsenal can pay any player wage but the transfer is always there problem, they can't afford to pay that huge amount once, unless instalmentally.
do u know how much coutinho earns at Barca ?

It's actually possible; Raul Sanhelli is a Barca man through and through. He left for Arsenal due to personal issues. He can actually broker the deal.
A loan with a compulsory option to buy for around 90 to 100m may be good for both parties. With Sanhelli, never say never!

Do you know Ramsey was close to signing a new contract before Wenger left.. Emery stoped the transfer. He would have earn that money if Wenger was there.
