Free education at all levels?? That's a fat lie OK.. Their country is in economic mess cos their president took a populist policy of free senior high school which has backfired on them now.. Before now, their citizens at all levels study under trees.. Now, because of lack of class rooms at the high school level, He's doing what they call double track which sees their students go to school for 3 months and wait for the second batch to go for 3months too
