How much is the Total package for the 2Br flat in Ikosi - Ketu? I guess it must be scarily high because you've been advertising this for too long.

PS: I know the area very well but i don't care whether it's close to Mr Biggs or whatever, that's not the functional benefits people want to know about but its affordability, accessibility and security et al.

How long is too long to you? Early last month (July 3rd) was when I started advertising it and renovation commenced after then. Couple of prospective tenants has inspected during and after then, some are interested. Renovation work is completed now.
As per accessibility, security come take a look yourself and be the judge (if still available by then).

Some part of alapere has no clean water when drilled cos of closeness to river plus type of land.
Ikosi has better cleaner water.
