the rpm wasnt coming down below two even when the car slows down. When i parked and turn off the engine it overs between 1 and 2. And the 'slow' of the car looks ok. It wasnt raising while stationary. Though i notice the rpm is ok today.

What could be the reason?

1. whats the rpm at idle?
2. whats the rpm when you slowdown?
3. you say the RPM is ok today, so what is it?

The temperature gauge looks ok. I don’t know any other way to check thermostat

Two days ago the rpm was terrible. When I stopped and the engine still running, it will be on two.
When I turned off the car, it’s between 1 and 2.
When I slowed down, it’s around 1.5
When driving it’s between 3and 4.

But yesterday I noticed it’s looks ok. While idle it was around 0. While driving it goes beyond 1 and 2.5.

ok, for clarity pls kindly take a picture of your dashboard while the vehicle is idling and also currently exhibiting the problem. a picture will greatly help in providing better assistance.

lol...den dts not a driveability problem. u will need to get the instrument cluster checked. also consider replacing it.

The rpm is suppose to drop to the lowest/end

If this is not the case

RPM measures the engine, so if you off the engine and it is still rotating hmmm, what else

i doubt the engine keeps rotating. d problem might just be the instrument cluster needle having a problem
