You are charged according to your bank's exchange rate, so, it's your bank that converts. AliExpress by default uses US$ but you can change the currency to ₦ via the Settings. However, that will only give you a close amount as AliExpress exchange rate to ₦ is ₦360→$1. So, confirm how much your bank charges before making payment(s).

About how to make payment; just follow the site: select your item ( & features) → shipping method → Buy now → your card would be selected by default (if it's been added already) → follow the rest of the processes.

Go to settings and change your country to Nigeria. That way, you'll see the amount in naira, so as to be able to understand it better.

I just placed an order for a redmi 7 tempered glass and back cover but I have only received a text from GTB that the Naira equivalent of the amount charged for the items has been authorized the second time after a failed attempt with an error message from GTB that a dynamic currency conversion DCC option has been disabled recently for all their customers and therefore I should choose the currency of the seller instead of Naira. The problem now is that there is no debit to my GTB account so far which means AliExpress has not taken any money from my account. But my card details have been provided to AliExpress and the order status reads.... payment authorized....this item will be shipped in....days.
My question is will AliExpress still take the money later and do the shipping or not?
