The Nigerian and former Arsenal forward posted this emotional farewell message to arsenal fans on Twitter on Friday evening. He tweeted:

“I grew up dreaming of playing for Arsenal, following in the footsteps of some of my heroes. I’m proud to say that at 23, I’ve achieved one of my dreams,” he wrote.
“From playing for Arsenal kids to 149 appearances, it was a honour to play for the club I supported as a boy.
“I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. So many people to thank, far too many individual names to mention but I thank you all!
“So many great moments, from scoring my first goal at the Emirates to scoring my last goal in Baku, you’ve played a big part in my 17 fantastic years.
“Special thanks to the fans, my teammates, the support staff, my coaches Arsene Wenger and Unai Emery who put faith in me and gave me the opportunity to grow as a player and a man.
“Big love to a special club. Arsenal will be forever in my heart.”

Iwobi was the only Super Eagles player playing for a club in the top six (6) of the EPL before making a deadline day move to Everton from his childhood club Arsenal. Nonetheless #UpGunners

He clearly hasn't grasped the English language.

Capital letter before every word?

Comma's being used randomly?

Anyway, most arsenal fans I know are happy with the money raised.

I knew this day would come when Arsenal would sell him, he loved Arsenal too much.
P.'s he made the right decision by choosing to play for Nigeria if not ehn he would have loss by now who knows where chiba Akpom and all the other Nigerians who chose to play for England over Nigeria even the fashanu brothers combined didn't play more than 6games for England

Are you for real? Is that what you noticed? English language grasping! Would you rather grasp the English language perfectly and be a broke nigga than grasp it fairly and be a billionaire? Choice is yours.

Those two players you mentioned might not get any team in premiership, they will eventually be sold to China

Change is constant bruv

You needed to change something about yourself, otherwise you would just become another promising player that never delivered.e.g Lucas Barious, Teo Walcott amongst others.

Perhaps the change of environment will affect you positively.

We wish you all the best of luck in your next venture in life.

The truth is that you were just comfortable with your game play. Marcus Rashford, Lingard and other young players have this hunger to improve in every game.
You had an opportunity to impress the manager for one good season. You played over 50 times for the club last
season.

I believe you can still improve and show the world your true worth. I am a gunner and I will always support you.
This is a wake up call to every young person. Time waits for no one. Prove yourself at the top or you will be sent to where you truly belong.
