What is wrong with you? One over-excitable Yoruba man shouts Oodua Republic and you insult the Yoruba nation for not queuing behind him yet you do not have the respect for others to accept, as many have repeated to you, that Yorubas are not irredeemable secessionist like Igbos.

When have Yorubas ever told you, as Igbos HAVE insisted DAILY FOR THE PAST 60 YEARS, that our ability to sink or swim is inextricably linked with having our own separate Nation? How many Yorubas do you know even? I suspect you don't even go out much at all.

You claim Yorubas fear secession. Has it ever occurred to you that not all Nigerians are as hateful as you Igbos who continue to insist others are holding you back? Do you not see, from how Yorubas live in the SW, that we have no problem accommodating other Nigerians and sharing space with them as a tolerant and egalitarian people?

Why must you continue to insist we must be hateful like you otherwise we are wrong in your opinion when we refuse to be like that ? Have you ever stopped to think you are the one with the problem and not others? Can you not just continue on your path and leave others to their own devices. You guys are so intolerant, it is ugly to behold. Imagine hating and insulting Yorubas because they don't join you in hating and insulting others as you wake up to do daily? Sad people Igbos.

What dumb people like u fail to understand is that ,Party is not important in nigerian politics

There cant be a southern president if the south is not united

2015 is a case study

The igbo wont risk it unless the west commit to back us

West cant win without igbo backing
If we both go north would easily win

Equity demands the next southern president is an igbo man and thats how it would be

North would keep rulling till the south agress

After all yorubas asked us to play national politics

With the way rigging and election malpractice is carried about in this country

If the south like unite if the like don't unite

If they cabal don't want you
Your bound to fail

Vote doesn't count in naija

Political parties are not important

So you honestly believe any party other than the APC or to a very small extent, the PDP can win the 2023 presidential election?

Wake up ma,

We are in 2019 ma.

Again, Igbos will be glad to present their candidate if there are three major political parties in Nigeria dominated by three major ethnic groups..

Igbos present your own under the political platform you dominated with

The same thing with Afonja under their ACN platform.

Then Fulani present their own Under CpC formed by Buhari...
Let's slug it out ..

Nobody should form an alliance with anyone.. Answer your papa name.... At the end let's see who will emerge victorious

Afonja, you guys should stop being clever by half

Eeyah, see where frustration led this Lady to.

Your opening a thread on this is miore than cry itself....Igbos do not owe anyone any explanations least of all yorubas.

PDP can zone to Zulus if they like but a yoruba 2023 Presidency can only happen in odua republic...not a Nigeria Igbos are part of..

Deal with it.

Printerscanner:

Igbos do not want the Presidency in 2023. All Igbos just want is to stop Yorubas from becoming the President in 2023, for this, Igbos are ready to align with the bad eggs in Hausa/Fulani tribe to stop Yorubas. They have forgotten that they cannot abort a baby that is already born.

This post shows that you don't have a deep understanding of Nigerian Politics and you obviously don't know how Presidential elections are won and lost.

1) No New Party can secure 25% of the total votes cast in 24 States 2003.

2) Apart from the S/East which is the smallest Geo-political zone in the Country and almost totally homogeneous, it is difficult for one Political party to secure almost all the votes in a particular Region.

In the First and second Republics, at least 3-5 Political parties have their strongholds in the North.

There is no Political party that has ever secured 90% of the votes in the North or the West.

So your assertion of regions taking some polical parties is mere theoretical and not practicable.

You are always off points.

Nobody owes the Yorubas, Igbos, Hausa, Nupe or any tribe anything, let alone the Presidency whether in 2023 or anyother time.

The race for 2023 appear to have started, Igbo candidates are not showing interest, many Igbos are saying they are going to support Atiku, Tambuwal or Kwankwanso to pick the presidential ticket, why is that the problem of Nigeria?

This is like a child who is not planning to sit for the next JAMB exam but threatening his family that if he is not giving admission next year, there will be no peace in the family!

kettykin:
This 2023 will certainly lead to the second Nigeria Civil war, since Nigerians dont want to abide by any charter of equity and fair play i enjoin Easterners to get ready Nigeria will certainly go bunkers, it has started in the North East and North West and gradully spilling down and waiting for Reply from the East before it reverberates Nationwide .

The Igbo nation knows that the office of president is not important. They know this because neither Yorubas nor Ijaws can tell anyone what they got out of OBJ's 8 year rule and GEJ'S 5 year rule.

The only that matters to Igbos right now is either a restructured Nigeria where Igbos have their own semi-autonomous Region or ful independence as a separate country

The presidency of Nigeria is not what is important for Igbos

I'm a yoruba but I think those Muslims among us are the problem of Nigeria. See..! I believe in justice and it's a sheer stupidity for people like tinubu to try to alienate the Igbo. Believe it or not, 2023 presidency will still go to the North is we don't an Igbo candidate in both APC and PDP

YorubaHero12:
Why are the Yorubas on here even disturbing themselves with the Ijaw slaves.

The Igbos are a conquered tribe in Nigeria, they are the useful slaves to the north and they dare not contest for the presidency position!

Even for the 16years of PDP, the party knows they are unsellable which made OBJ gave Jonathan the Vice President instead of an Igbo man.

They will go for the north as usual and they will be thrashed through the ballot. The north are not that tribalistic as they made us believe coz Jonathan won some states in the north even in 2011.

The Igbos are bereft of insight, coz if they can think well they will know that both PDP and APC will field a northern candidate in 2023. The north knows the country is already polarized and they won’t want to alter the balance of the union.

Even if they present Kwakwanso, his invisibility is a myth even in Kano, we have Ganduje and Shekarau to deal with him while El Rufai man Kaduna. Buhari will be the voice in Katsina provided everything is alright by then.

Infact, if I were APC, I will field in Fashola and El-Rufai, the SE and SS will not vote any Yoruba man even if he’s a Christian, so we should stop trying to even be politically correct.

The North knows Fashola ain’t Tinubu stooge, coupled with the fact that he’s already made and also a Muslim. In the SW, religion is not much of a factor, APC needs to sweep all the SW vote first before even gunning for the north.
U're head correct
