Theory (most likely scenario) he knows the owner of the car which was most likely sold ages before he put up the Ad.
he probably knew the owner when he was hell bent on driving a Lexus to his village for half the price of a Lexus!
He used his phone number so when investigators decide to call, he can handle the situation effectively without creating smoke.

if we are able to actually get in touch with the owner or seller of that car I'm sure he'd be shocked to hear that his vehicle is being used to create traffic on one random site


so tell me, is he different from an internet fraudster?

Regarding price, there use to be difference in their price determined by factors like mileage, weight of the accident if salvage etc! !!
