both the driver and the rider were at fault ,


the driver didn't observe the road well , he was thinking about only cars , not minding a bike can come from that angle


the Rider was approaching a junction at a high speed from a wrong lane

meanwhile the bike Rider hit the car from the back (booth) , and land with his head , ( I don't think he wore helmet )

cos from the video , he was lying helplessly maybe they have removed his helmet

watch the video again u will see him lying helplessly after the accident , notice his white top and his blue bike , see his hairs too
