This morning I picked up my My Samsung A20 to make a call only to see that the screen is not displaying anything, I mean total darkness upon the face of the screen. What do I do its not even up to one Month I bought it.

If u bought it a new one, return it to where u brought because there's still guaranty...

I have taken it to Samsung service center without informing the phone outlet where I bought the phone! Hope it won't result to something else?
