UPDATE-
1. Property prices are falling.
It's A buyers' market, economic slowdown, budget unimplemented.

2. It appears that work on dangote refinery will extend till 2021 (Reuters). Meaning the anticipated economic effects will take even longer to start.

3. NLC might go on strike this/next week due to minimum wage fallout. The threat means the NSE will likely be hammered this week. Meaning the current 13% YTD (year to date) loss- which is now lowest in the past w years- worsens.

4. Analysts are predicting a worldwide recession this year. US/China trade war is d primary reason.

5. Oil is now below our budget benchmark, and still dropping. Meaning all govt levels now have less money to spend.

My take:
Cut your spending to a very lean amount.
Find ways to put all your assets to use while riding out d downturn.
Start a side hustle THIS WEEKEND. If you're unemployed, start a N1,000 trade.
