According to Sir Dee, the loss in the arena games triggered this argument between Jackie and Kharfi. She was sad that she lost.
In the Munchit task, she was also not happy that she didn't win, she congratulated the winners and went behind their backs telling Sir Dee that they were cheated. Like I said, Kharfi is a sore looser and to be honest, she is a manipulator.

I remember during her diary session, she specifically followed up on her red wine order (which was omitted when crustopia won) and biggie assured her that she would get it. So when this night's order was delivered and she spotted he wine, she went for it, only for Kaffi to come for her.

I also understand Frood's point given that the delivery was meant for the house and not based on order, where housemates will be claiming na me order am. However Jackie's red wine was an exception.
