Well i find this case compelling too that why APC want the server issue, 11 contested state and CF001 palavar expunged ... Adeleke was robbed it has nothing to do with justice, may the justice prevailthis time if not Baba has only 3,5 years left

There is an ongoing process, no one has the right or power to castigate one side or the other. A judgment will be issued soon and then we can all express opinions. Till then, there's no need especially when it's not as if I'm part of the panel.

For those who think the President is not removable know this

Atiku has been VP and he knows something the average man does not know

The power of the President comes from constitutional legitimacy or at least the pretence of constitutional legitimacy

The moment the Supreme Court decides that Buhari was wrongly announced as winner that constitutional legitimacy will disappear!

If Buhari orders the Army or Police at that point to arrest anybody the officers will simply hide for cover and not carry out such a silly request

So know this, if the Supreme Court sees enough evidence to declare Atiku winner and then do so, Buhari has no choice but to go.

Atiku pleaded that buhari did not attach his qualification to the inec form which therefore disqualifies him.buhari has now gone to bring several evidences proving that he's qualified as alleged in the affidavit deposed.if the qualifications are fake or not does not matter as forgery wasn't part of atiku's pleadings.
