I just bought the new infinix hot7 pro and anytime i drop the phone on my bed it usually turns off. please can anyone advice

the same infinix hot 7 pro with in built battery shake the phone for at least 10-15sec see if it goes off or throw it on the bed contact carlcare no carry am go roadside phone repair

It doesn't go off when i shake it but when i throw it on the bed it goes off although i noticed sometimes when i drop it on the bed it wont go off...i wouldn't b too concerned about that but if i put it in the pocket and had to hustle like say fight for a taxi or something like that the phone goes off
