Sir you can get your sqms @ ibeju lekki for 5million per plot at the phase one of ibeju lekki estate or at 20million per plot at the phase two of the estate. The discount also applies to the the prices above.

Just thought to ask,what's your proposed property type for the land and is it for commercial or residential purpose?.Many landowners have specifications for their land before entering into a JV.

Maybe you can be a bit more specific with your request.It will go a long way in getting what you want quickly
