The Nigerian Female basketball team have conquered host nation and west african counterparts Senegal 60-55 to successfully defended their title and lift a record fourth crown.In the third place Mali beat Mozambique 66-54 .This is the second time the D'Tigress have defended their title after their 2003 and 2005 back-to-back triumph
