See what a strong IPOB member I know wrote on Facebook:

Look, I hate the way we collectively encourage wickedness. It is cowardly of us to be attacking gentle people and leaving the rugged to continue in their evil-doing. Goodluck Jonathan was Nigeria's most considerate president ever and he became the most attacked. Nigerians cower at the sight of the dangerous Fulani herders and Boko Haram but readily attack armless IPOB. Now, IPOB has behaved like the zoo they criticize by beating up Ekweremmadụ who's the only Igbo Senator who has ever spoken courageously against the injustices meted out on Igbos. But, does that mean that Ekweremmadụ is the only Nigerian/Igbo politician who travels abroad? No, of course. Even as I am typing this, there are many Nigerian/Igbo politicians who are abroad now (including the 100 countries where IPOB has presence). But, why is IPOB not attacking those politicians? ANSWER: They are scared of them. If you doubt me, tell me, how many times have they attacked Buhari himself during one of his long medical trips in UK? Even, how many times have they attacked Orji-Uzor Kalu? Let's stop forcing people into becoming wicked. There's this saying we were familiar with as elementary school kids. It said, "man makes man to be wicked". By attacking Ekweremmadụ and leaving Buhari and his likes, you are justifying the oppression being meted out on you.
