When you're in terms negotiating with an honest, open-minded person, the response you get is almost instant,or at the very least, not prolonged. But if it's with a dishonest one, they take an eternity to tell you what u stand to gain.
The judiciary in Nigeria has ,sadly, gone to the gutters. They have gone adrift, hectored and prostrate. Their technicality jargon is another guise of Orwellian new speak- lies.
But in the end,the people will prevail without the compromised judiciary.

Which judgment? does Atiku have case before? He just want to be creating awareness that he is still much around for 2023.

The fear of APC is the beginning of wisdom! They want to have a wider consultations on how best to please cabals and still not get bashed by the public.

It's a straight forward win win for PDP and Atiku but the question remains, who will deliver such judgement in a country where anything goes now. No rule of law anymore. I pity those poor judges because history will not forgive them for subverting the will of the people.
How can PDP Win? and in which bigger state of the north. PDP wailers are wasting their time.

Nigeria has been messed up by Buhari while the south senators and representatives are busy playing party politics.
INEC CHAIRMAN= BUHARI'S MAN

CJN= BUHARI'S MAN

SENATE PRESIDENT=BUHARI'S MAN

REPS HEAD= BUHARI'S MAN

ARMY CHIEF= BUHARI'S MAN

Every important sector has Buhari's man heading it.

Tell me how anything against Buhari can work in Nigeria.

Our senators and representatives never had us in mind, that's why all these shit is happening.

BUT, WE ARE WAITING FOR THEM.
Na Nnamdi Kanu man you want make e dey there?

He promised CHANGE and failed right?
Now he brought NEXT LEVEL.

The question you failed to ask after change was "Next Level of What"?

The answer you will get is "Next Level Of Failed Change".

No Choice but to deal with it and look forward to something better in 2023. That's if anything different will happen as APC is not ready to give power out anytime soon.

Kyari is Buhari's Chief of Staff and that's the job of the CoS (helping the president coordinate all the appointees).

Section 318 of the Nigerian constitution will be the escape route of Buhari's qualification to contest.

However he can still be pinned to the issue of "Perjury", as he swore an oath that his certificates are with the army and so far it has been proven they are not

Lawyers ?

Section 318 also said there must be evidence to show the possession any of the equivalents listed but as proven the only document submitted by Buhari to INEC is a sworn affidavit that his certificate are with the army board which was denied by them and even his witness Gen Tarfa

Sometimes, the judiciary isn't really the problem. They don't give judgement based on Hearsay. They give judgement based on evidence and facts provided. It is this valid facts and evidence that determines judgment . If tge PDP has visible concrete evidence, then there is hope. Not one mere observation that lacks merit and has no legal backing.

My opinion

why is judgement being reserve in this case and for how long.....let them not play fishy here cos it will be a lengthy trial and one that would go down in the history of Nigeria electoral processes....May God help the Federal Republic

I am sure of what the judges will do. Instead of them to give judgement based on the merit of the case before them. they will be looking for loopholes to strike it out based on technicalities. I wish the American supreme court handled the case for us, we would have been sure of justice. Quote me, No judge in Nigeria can remove Buhari. Who born am. Infact. Aso villa will proof read the judgement before it is delivered.

Osun had more than enough facts but it was knocked out by the owners of the country.
