But during Jonathan, all these people were saying minister na minister when Jonathan gave all southwest ministers of state and everybody from SS and SE were given substantive ministers, it was only Fashola that made it known to them that minister of state is a junior minister. Please tell them. One is even saying "we won, we lost nothing". What is the practical impact all these so called ministers have made in their years of being ministers? I don't understand the personal pride in claiming we won xyz or this ministry and that ministry, when on the ground there is nothing solid to point to as achievements. Nigeria still doesn't have 24 hour electricity in 2.0.1.9!!

Rather than focusing on how appointments can be merit based and ministers made to deliver, we are ego tripping again. Sigh.
