There has been a myth and it has persistes has persisted for a long time. For years we've all believed that that plugging your smartphone in to charge while you sleep will harm the phone's battery

We'll, I'm here to tell you that it is a big pile of horsesheet!!
You can leave your smartphone to charge overnight and yes, it's safe to leave your smartphone plugged into the charger while you enjoy your nights rest, especially when using original chargers.

Who else believed this myth and who still believes it after this post?

Yes it's very safe cos ones the battery is fully charged it automatically stops charging, if u want proof then plug ur phone to charge and while charging u will notice that the charger will become alil warm or hot to indicate that it's working but when the phone is fully charged u will notice that the charger will be cold to signify it has stopped working.
