Yes it's very safe cos ones the battery is fully charged it automatically stops charging, if u want proof then plug ur phone to charge and while charging u will notice that the charger will become alil warm or hot to indicate that it's working but when the phone is fully charged u will notice that the charger will be cold to signify it has stopped working.

I never believed the myth.. I've been charging my phone overnight and nothing has opened

So this is a myth?? Whoever started that myth owes me big time

Besides unplugging a phone when it's full to save energy, it doesn't harm the phone battery and the phone

Now I can leave my phone plugged over night with rest of mind

Yes, i never believed that, i have been leaving my phone plugged overnight since 3 years now and nothing happened.
Even using your phone while charging is ok, i have been doing that one too. Nothing happened
