well the legality of the current constitution can be debated in international court to get international backing to our claim that the nigeria we willingly signed up for in 1960 is not the nigeria of today
It cannot. Nigeria is a sovereign nation and so cannot be dictated to by any foreign entity. This has been the norm in international law for centuries. The international community only intervenes in the internal affairs of a country if and only if there's reason to believe that conditions there constitute a threat to international peace and order. Sorry to burst your bubble but the UN can't get you a referendum, only Nigerians collectively can do that.

MelesZenawi:
Imagine this

An elected officials owe every duty and allegiance to electorates as they must leave up to expectations.

All around the globe even Western world do much more to their leaders.

Ekweremmadu was elected by people and the people knows what they want, If he can do such then let him resign and go home.

Am not a sadist and neither do I intend to be one, but if there exist other such of Ekweremmadu ( of course they are many) then I need more beating on them by whosoever possible.

He has been in Senate since 2003 and nothing prominent to show for it, so if others prefer keen Clause as a way as of worshipping their leaders who has not vested their interest at hand, same are not we igbos...

I believe Ekweremmadu knows well that he under performed because if he pursues it further he will loose political relevance.

By any means possible, we have to hold our leaders accountable even if it means flogging them in public.
For flogging him OK?? I pray one day you will be a leader either political or Head of family !!!you will now have a cause to flogged by your children for not meeting up their numerous want .then you will know how and what it takes to be a successful leader if you can meet up all the human wants.

the nxt civil war will not be caused by one factor but a combination of factors...

From fulani killings to politics to ipob secession threat to boko haram to low oil prices to niger delta militancy. It will be a free for all not one tribe against nigeria. It has already started...but it will become a clear war situation within the nxt 15 yrs

Bla, bla, bla. When will you not become like Boko Haram in the end with blind followership of the lunatic Kanu and his IPOB madmen now offering money for Igbos to attack politicians? The likes of Ngige and Igbokwe are the few sane ones amongst you hence the acceptance they enjoy across ethnic lines.

” That is very disastrous and I don’t think Nigerians should hand over power to these kinds of characters”.
“First, they have shown that they are not reliable and also, they have caused a lot of mayhem in the history of Nigeria from 1966 till date. They caused tribal coups and very bad handling of their minority in and of course, they are directly responsible for the loss of the Southern Cameroun from Nigeria to French Cameroun. They have a lot to learn from living with other people and must see that other people from ethnic groups different from theirs are entitled to be respected”.

100% on point.
Giving naija to them na suicide grin

“They must also know that they can’t use blackmail to achieve what they want. That seems to be their own idea that they can use raw power which can be dangerous to our democracy”.
